Ummah Phone is an early-stage project building a privacy-first smartphone for Muslim families. This page explains how we handle the data you give us through the waitlist survey on this website. Contact: salam@ummahphone.eu.
Only what you type into the survey: your name (optional), email address, country, household composition (number of adults and children, children's age ranges), your current phone situation, which features matter to you, and your written expectations.
To validate demand for the product, understand what families expect, and email you project updates. Legal basis under GDPR: your explicit consent (the checkbox you tick when submitting).
Submissions are stored in our own Cloudflare database (D1), served through Cloudflare's European edge network wherever possible. No data is sent to Google, Meta, or any advertising network. This website uses no cookies and no third-party trackers.
We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for anything other than building and communicating about Ummah Phone.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email salam@ummahphone.eu and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
We keep waitlist data while the project is active. If the project ends, all submissions are deleted and subscribers are notified.
